Yoga Basics Series 2 with Andrea Snyder

This 6-week series will expand on knowledge gained from Yoga Basics Series 1. Classes will be small and personal and will be taught in a workshop style to allow for plenty of Q&A.
You’ll learn what yoga is, where it came from, how to start your practice and how it can impact your life. We will break down several styles of yoga to enable you to comfortably join into any class. Breath work and some philosophy will also be covered every week.
This series will be a continuation for students who have taken Yoga Basics Series 1 or for students with some prior yoga experience.
