This 6-week series is designed to take away the worries about your first yoga class and make your introduction to yoga an enjoyable experience. Classes will be small and personal and will be taught in a workshop style to allow for plenty of Q&A.
You’ll learn what yoga is, where it came from, how to start your practice and how it can impact your life. We will break down several styles of yoga to enable you to comfortably join into any class. Breath work and some philosophy will also be covered every week.
This series is for the absolute beginner or the student somewhat new to yoga that wants a deeper introduction.
